Most LolliLabz products are made to order. Production usually takes approximately 2 to 3 business days before shipping. More complex personalised or large-quantity orders may take longer, and any different timeframe should be shown on the product page or confirmed with the customer.

Yes. Many products are available in different colours. If the colour you want is not listed, contact LolliLabz and we will confirm what is currently available.

Most LolliLabz products are 3D printed using PLA filament. PLA is a plant-derived material commonly made from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugarcane. It is a popular 3D printing material because it is lightweight, reliable and a better environmental choice than many petroleum-based plastics when used responsibly. PLA is still a plastic, so it should be cared for, reused where possible and kept away from high heat. Product materials may vary, so customers should refer to the individual product description where additional materials, electronics, magnets or hardware are used.

Every LolliLabz order is printed, assembled and quality checked in Melbourne. Some designs may be created under commercial licences from independent 3D designers.

LolliLabz currently ships Australia-wide.

Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Production time occurs before the order is dispatched.

The Glow product page will provide a photo-upload area during personalisation. The selected image will be attached securely to the customer's order.

Use a clear, high-resolution image with the main subject centred. Portrait photographs generally produce the best result, although suitable landscape images may also be accepted.

No. PLA products should not be left in high temperatures or direct sunlight for extended periods because heat may cause warping.

Use a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, dishwashers, boiling water and excessive moisture.

Contact LolliLabz as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Personalised and made-to-order items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise required by law.
